There is no contact form on this site, and we will never ask you to log in to send us a message. A plain email is enough.
Report a broken code
Codes die quietly. If one on the codes page has stopped working, or you find a live one we have missed, tell us and we will re-check it against the sources. Including the following makes it much faster to confirm:
- The code itself, exactly as written.
- The game and the platform you tried it on — PC, mobile, or console.
- Your server or region, where the game has more than one.
- The date you tried it.
- The exact message the game gave you.
Item 5 matters most. "Invalid", "already used", and "expired" mean different things, and the wording usually tells us whether the code is dead or whether your account had already claimed it.

- Spotted a wrong reward, a wrong date, or a source we credited incorrectly? Send the row and what is wrong with it.
- Privacy requests
- Questions about what this site collects, or requests about your data, go to the same address. See the privacy policy first — it may already answer it.
- Rights holders
- If you represent a publisher and have a concern about how a trademark or a code is presented here, write to the same address with details and we will respond.
What we cannot help with
- We cannot restore an account, reverse a ban, or recover in-game currency.
- We cannot issue codes, and we have none to give away.
- We cannot look up your account's redemption history. Only the publisher can do that.
We will never ask for your game login, your password, or a one-time verification code. Anyone who
does and claims to be us is not us.
